A week in the life of sweet little Summer.

Summer just hanging out.......

Summer getting sick of just hanging out!

Summer looking pretty in pink

Vibrating chairs, dragonflys and rubber tubey things are just so tiring! I think I'll take a nap!

Yes, finally I'm getting out of the damn house! And I get to wear pants for the first time........this is the most exciting day of my life!

Brandon's 1st day of school

What an exciting and daunting day. Brandon started Prep (Aus)/ Kindergarten (Cda) today and he just looked so handsome. He was brave and excited as you can see from the pictures. It was a gradual entry this week, with full days starting next week.

With proud Mum and Dad who were more nervous than Brandon by the looks of things.

And off he goes. His school is only a 3 minute walk from the house.

Getting ready to go inside........still no sign of nerves.

He found his name...............

......and his locker to hang up all his stuff.

Goodbye Mom!

Goodbye Dad!

And straight into his assignment! We were so proud and still nothing but smiles!

It looks like the first day went pretty well, nothing but big smiles as he arrived home from a hard day in the classroom! Well done Brandon!!

1st Family of 5 holiday

This weekend we bravely went where we have never been before...........an overnight get-away for the whole family, now totalling 5 people. Cammie put her fears aside and booked a last minute 2 bedroom family suite for a weekend away in Harrison Hot Springs which is about an hour from our house.

We briefly ignored our "girls room and boys room" set-up to let our special little girl in for a cuddle.

The boys practised their starfish back floats in the hot springs pool.

Cammie was even braver when she let Summer go in the pool with all the boys. She really loved it and showed her second smile as she entered the water.

Then Cammie reminded me of why I fell in love with her. Look at those amazing breastfeeding boobies!

We even managed to get in some boating.......Summer decided she didn't quite have her sea legs yet, so she sat this one out.
